EKA PADA RAJAKAPOTASANA ?? Pigeon Pose (I.e the best hip opener that ever existed!). This one is easy to do incorrectly, particularly if you're still building your flexibility and can't square the hips. For basic alignment:

✔️Long spine from crown to back leg
✔️Tailbone tucked
✔️Front foot flexed
✔️Back leg straight
?If unsteady when squaring hips place cushion / blanket under bent leg hip to prop up.
